I developed "PregnaCare" a pregnancy monitoring system using PHP and JavaScript. The system allows pregnant women to submit daily vital results such as blood pressure and temperature, which are monitored by healthcare providers. It features an integrated ChatGPTpowered chatbot for patient interaction and support, alongside secure messaging between patients and doctors for efficient communication of medical concerns. Pregnant women can maintain a comprehensive medical profile including conditions like diabetes or hypertension. Charts.js is employed to visualize patient-submitted test results, aiding in trend analysis. The system also supports patient upload and doctor review of laboratory test reports, enhancing diagnostic capabilities. An admin portal facilitates user management and oversight, enabling seamless addition and management of users and access to patient health data.
